WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER:

We ship orders Monday-Wednesday. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays often won’t ship until the following week, so please get your order in before then if you can’t wait!

During periods of unsafe weather — including cold temperatures, excessive heat, or severe storms — shipping may be delayed or temporarily held.

DOA POLICY: In the rare occasion your jumper doesn’t make it, another will be sent for the cost of shipping. Please email proof (photo/video) within 1 hour of delivery, along with your order #, to steelesregaljumpers@gmail.com
